I have issues with lagging when typing long messages, when uploading gifs or files it often does not work, not getting notifications, or the app randomly closing.

When we try to use the chat feature, it doesn't notify well enough when the others have the app closed. If it had a louder ping notification or allow us to change the tone so it was more recognizable.

It deliberately leaves key features out of the first level of membership, in spite of it being very expensive.   And it's difficult to tell ahead of time because the free trial membership includes them, so then you pay 500 bucks or so and discover you suddenly don't have access to those key features that you needed.
