That doing implementation, all functions are not set up to completion.

Also, data feeds are handled offshore and are very painful to fix and update since you don't have access to that group by portal.

I like ADP Comprehensive Services because it has a lot of features/modules (HR, Payroll, Tax, WGPS, GLI, Reporting that is essential in employee management.

The technology is user friendly and if we have issues ADP's response time is very good and we've always resolved the problems.

The length of time It takes to get some payroll previews back.

This complexity occasionally leads to longer learning curves and can be a bit overwhelming for HR teams who are not as tech-savvy.

Contact over the phone, it takes a long time to connect to right person.

I understand that ADP has to protect the brand, but the hands off approach is very frustrating at times.   If you are not well versed in payroll regulation you may be very frustrated.
