I think they need to have a couple more options for the 1 on 1s for managers to use, and maybe some more basic simple surveys to just use more daily or trainings.

Despite all attempts, Culture Amp has declined to be responsive to our needs and will not support a reasonable transition out of the software, regardless of their ability to support our performance tooling needs.

I like that with Culture Amp it provides surveys to use, edit or you can create your own.

First, the reps several times over tried to steer me into an explanation of why our site administrator, not Culture Amp staff would be the person to talk to about changing our survey questions. When I finally convinced someone familiar with the survey bot that I was not talking about any custom survey of our own, they explained that the survey bot responses are not captured with a link to any individual user who submits respoinses - they are only catured and analyzed in aggregate.

There is a bit of a learning curve to the navigation of the tool for administrators as things aren't always where you expect them to be.

The speakers and the content on the webinars is usually very informative and relevant to my role as a HR professional.

Also, the number of separate tasks / reminders creates more confusion that focusing on simple deadlines and open to dos.

There are limitations on customization for surveys and reports, and reporting can be a bit overwhelming.

They excel in simple company surveys for any size company.

For example, to support a 360 review you are required to build and manage two separate reviews (Peer + Upward & Self Reflection) and run them concurrently.

That in culture amp the feedback i give is not visible in other platforms at least in my current setup.

Sometimes the range of the questions can be too broad or the selection of answers doesn't quite fit the question.

From a high level view, it seems to integrate the right components in a reasonably intuitive  structure There is ample room for customization.

It's great to be able to track goals and items historically across 1:1s and see the progression or recall things that otherwise would be forgotten.

It helps me to organize my Objectives and Key Results (OKR), and I can set meetings with my managers and individuals who can mentor me.  

They are not the business they once were when it comes to knowing and supporting their customers and are more concerned about getting a deal signed than actually making sure their product is the right fit for your business.

different component processes (i.e., planning, monitoring, developing, rating, rewarding, lessening) work together and support each other, resulting in natural, effective performance management.

Their proposal was to not use their product and instead have us build the grid ourselves entirely outside of the platform manually.

E-mail notification received on weekly basis for 1 on 1 and unable to conduct 1 on one meetings periodically when receiving notification each and every time due to time / work schedule constraints.

I've loved using CutureAmp to track daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly goals

Furthermore, the necessity to reopen the entire review period to accommodate a single individual extension is ridiculous.

I naturally suggested that in that case it might be prudent of them to remove the question about whether Culture Amp can contact us about that response, since they appear to have neither the intention nor the means.

We utilized this tool specifically for shipping out employee engagement surveys, and found it to be best in class for this service. Though we ultimately switched to Lattice, the engagement surveys and the features we had with the surveys were incredible.

However, I managed to figure it out after further research!

Culture Amp works hard to make sure employee data is kept confidential.

This duplicative work has led to administrative hurdles and a disjointed user experience.

I believe it would be of benefit to on occasion to change out the reviewer (Manager), if there was a bit of a personality or uncomfortable situation with the direct Manager, it enables the team member to speak more openly over a issue than may be causing concern.

Very user friendly UI, easy for employees to fill their goals and add reflections.

However the features themselves turn out to feel rather clunky and disjointed.

At first I questioned why my company had yet another platform to learn.   But now, seeing all the features and different ways Culture Amp supports employees and the company, I really appreciate the breadth and depth, and relative ease of use for employee interface objectives.

We've been having a challenge tracking the employee goals and progress, and also updating them respectively which affected their overall evaluation.

I explained that I had submitted these and similar details to the survey bot.
