There were some features in the beginning that took some getting used to/ features that were more geared to the recruiter's needs than a customer, however, there have been so many revised items since my beginning of using the product and a bunch of that has been changed and altered for customer use.

I thoroughly enjoy having a system that's geared towards my personal and business preferences.

The practicality and ease of having a recruiter has saved me an infinite amount of time.

I really liked the ease of navigation in using the ClearCo Dashboard, helped all of us that had access in our Recruiting and HR team to at a glance see candiate process across all posted roles.

I like that we can assign hiring managers to their positions and empower them to review their resumes and make calls, this way they know what their program needs and being a non profit we have particular grants that have certain needs and the hiring managers know more about this.

I’d say overall it is worth the money, even though it is on the pricier side compared to other platforms.

The reporting is subpar and you would be better off with a different applicant tracking system.
