What is Moodwork?
Moodwork is a mental health platform for human resource managers. It can be adapted to a company's sector of activity, the business's activity, and the issues involved. It is based on the self-assessment of employees, followed by training and support plans.
The self-assessment is based on a scientifically validated questionnaire, which allows employees to obtain suggestions for improvement. If necessary, an employee may be asked to do a burn-out assessment and meet with an internal consultant or a Moodwork psychologist.
The training sessions include online lectures and more than 200 files and podcasts. The platform offers 10 e-learning activity courses that cover 50 different topics, ranging from emotional management and self-confidence to stress management and conflict management.
Finally, Moodwork offers support from psychologists, coaches, and social workers. Each support session is individual and can be carried out by live chat, video conference, or phone.
