Probably the largest benefit I have noticed is that the customer support has been second to none, they are always very quick to respond, very helpful, and accommodating to my questions (mostly about feature requests - we have not encountered many bugs).

The only drawback I've had since using this tool is when I make the monthly payment, the system is too slow to process the payment and a bit confusing, but it's something that requires patience and availability of time to finish the process correctly.

The level of customisation is just right and the design looks both modern and professional.

We are still in the process of building our community so we have not yet turned on billing, but we've already benefited from the included functionality like API integrations, job backfill, and blog.

The business model for our website centres around paid job ads (which is why Niceboard points to our primary domain instead of a "jobs." subdomain).

The look and feel of the board is very customizable, it's easy to manage employers and jobs, you can add custom pages and blog posts to Niceboard, and do so much more. Plus, the customer support I've received from Niceboard has been quick and helpful.

You can build a clean looking job board in about 15 minutes, the UI/UX is the best on the market and the appsumo deal which is now gone was a steal.

My only negative comment is that I would like a feature that allows me to insert more of my company's branding onto the homepage. But this is something unique to me and the audience I am trying to attract (won't be a negative for everyone).

No too much customization... but it's a job board, so you want it to be easy to follow, and intuitive for users (which it is).

Anybody looking for a quick way to make a job board or post job openings on their site will find it useful.

One could be the option to make a coupon good for a 1-time use, or a limited number of uses.

At the end of the day there are going to be design and UX limitations of any no-code site builder.  

The coupons I'm told are a new feature, so they have basic functionality. And that's great!) But in the future, I'd love to see some more controls with this part, too.

Perhaps my only request for Niceboard would be to add a Zapier integration, which I'm sure they'll do at some point soon.

The UI could be improved with some templates or themes.

I was looking to add a reliable, self-serve job board to my community website as a value-add to my members and was discouraged to find that most were either too expensive for my use case and/or were overloaded with features I didn't need or looked crowded and unsophisticated.

I had my niche job board launched in a matter of minutes and was able to customize it to my liking in less than an hour!

Took us less than 1 hour to setup and love that there is an integrated newsletter feature, as well as the option to have employers pay for a listing.

To be honest, I have not found anything that I would dislike.
