I have used Rippling at 2 jobs now, and it truly makes everything easier by centralizing it and making it accessible through website or app to anyone within the organization.

As a remote worker, it was very easy to onboard with my new company using Rippling to guide me through the complicated process. Every detail was very easy to complete, from payroll to health insurance and even access to company documents and even prevented me from having to set up any meetings with HR for clarification on various company topics.

When Rippling was first introduced to my organization I only had experience using simple direct deposit. My student jobs in college and grad school and summer positions never used a software like Rippling. Although at first I was confused, I quickly began to really appreciate what Rippling has to offer. I love the notifications of paychecks, the easy pay stub access, the tax information, and of course, its user friendliness.

We were trying to solve the issues of onboarding people, managing hardware and ensuring compliance.  We had decided to hire someone to do this, until at the last moment, someone told us about Rippling.  This software has automated the employee onboarding process, it manages hardware and installs the security software on it, and it helps us with our audit reporting.  We are huge fans!

Our everyday feature is time off tracking, and delivery of W2s, and 1099 for vested investors. There's a benefits roll up, and it's just got great UI/UX that make finding what I need simple.

I have since transitioned to a new payroll provider that has had zero issue doing both those things correctly. Yet, I'm still being charged for Rippling despite them not doing their job correctly.

I have to beg for responses and escalate emails to additional staffers to get a response. Horrid customer service and completely lacking to do their job correctly.
