HR Coordinator

I find the Rippling Support to be difficult sometimes as they can lead you in circles and also give unhelpful answers, that can happen with any customer support though.

Founder

Additionally, when a unique issue pops up, the customer support routing system can sometimes rely too heavily on sending automated help articles before finally connecting you to a live chat representative.

Customer Care Cordinator

It also stands out for its responsive customer support, quickly resolving issues when they come up. While it could improve by offering more customization and reducing dependency on managers for certain changes, it remains a reliable and effective solution for HR management.

Resident Services Coordinator

Opaque and escalating costs
