From a business perspective it saves hours of juggling rota planning, has a nifty document sharing and storage facility and builds in coatings for shifts.

It also allows the team to manage their shift swaps. Once I've set the shift pattern for any given day and assigned the shifts, I have peace of mind that any swaps will be within my desired shift pattern.

Having to wait for someone to chat back, sometimes there was a long wait, which does not suit the person on the other end of the phone,  there needs to be a contact number for a call( this is a must)

Would like there to be more data reporting in areas such as what time has been taken when for sickness, holiday etc

not so much a dislike more a feature I would benefit from is if there was an option to bulk print rotas, for example we post our rotas 4 weeks in advance (they get posted due to this being the preference as they are not good with technology) at the moment I have to print every individual locations Rota for every one of the 4 weeks and doing this for everyone is just so time consuming, so if there was a way to bulk print chosen locations from a date to date that would be very beneficial but other than that I have no dislikes about the system at all.

I run a bar with a staff force of over 20 people and they all use it with no issues, claiming shifts, swapping shifts and booking holidays.

Viewing the weekly schedule in one screen allows us to keep on top of our planning.

We get a lot less mistakes with the clock in and outs compared to our old system, which means that it's a lot quicker to do the sense checks and approve time sheets each week prior to payroll.

The clocking in terminal on the ipad makes it very simple for Employees to clock in and out for breaks and when they arrive and leave with minimal mistakes.

I would like there to be folders or the ability to create folders in the staff areas or for policies in the document section

Not Applicable, there is not nothing that I do not like about Rotacloud, or the support team as they are always very helpful and timely with any assistance neeeded.

Also, the fact that you can't edit mistakes on things like peoples break clock ins / outs until the end of their shift is quite annoying.

We probably don't use the system to its full potential, but what we do use I have no complaints or issues

As already said I find it very easy to use; it has reduced a lot of time for completing weekly rotas and I find it very good

It’s very easy to use; staff can access their rota on their phones.  

Managers love it, staff love it - 24/7 access to rotas & for submitting vacation requests, live updates straight to their phones - and we love it for it's ability to have timed clock-in/out, attendance records, etc for HR management.

As a small company with 12 staff the product does exactly what we need.

if rotacloud also had a finger print system that could link straight up with the cloud based rota would make it a complete system to use and make payroll huge, i do not like the clock in and out on mobile devices because sometime staff can get away with alot of things.

I can't move the shifts around from the dashboard page.

I love Rotacloud - it has totally transformed the stressful relationship I previously had with rota planning and timesheet management.

However, one of the Pros to come out of any of the Cons is that the team are very hands on with customer issues and product updates initially came thick and fast.

The only thing I would like is to be able to add my own selections in the drop down menu- Holidays/sickness etc as some book out time is specific  or important for my business so would be bespoke to me. But that is literally the only thing I can think of.
