I did not like the inability to modify my testing suite after the first interviewer. While I can see how this is interpreted as a feature, I would appreciate the ability to correct mistakes made in the original job posting or test suite composition.

You can't view the test questions, so it's a leap into the unknown as a first time user. If you customise a screening question and need to edit it - you can't.  

The one year subscription only did not allow us to buy the subscription at this time, we would have definitely move forward if the monthly subscription was available

Any other service out there would have just suggested a partial refund and a cancellation at the least, but their tactic is just referring to their non-refund policy and ignoring the customer's issue.

TestGorilla has a fishy business model and customer support that is below any standard I have ever experienced in the past ten years I've been in this industry.

As a first time user from a small start up, we probably would have paid for a plan for a month or two - but can't justify the cost for an entire year for one hire.  

The verbal reasoning test passage is lengthy and so are the corresponding answers for selection.

One of the main reasons we chose Test Gorilla was to create tasks for technical roles.

Also many of the questions can be answered in multiple ways leading to ambiguous scores. Once you rejected someone their names didn't disappear or go to another section.

My favourite features are: The variety of tests, the ability to create specific links for different applicant sources, the automated rejections process and the downloadable excel reports which allow for filtering and sorting data and tracking responses from different advertisements.
