That being said, online assessments cannot serve as a replacement for face to face interviews, as it would lack many other aspects of evaluating the candidate.

Pros: Many users find Mercer Mettl tools intuitive and user-friendly. The interfaces are often praised for being straightforward to navigate.

Another pattern I found is that, candidates were upset about more rounds of interviews. Also try to keep the Mettl assessments not too long, max from 30 mins to 1 hour.

Mettl rep made no attempt to return my credits or extend my time. I was just cut off and told to pay more if I wanted to continue to use Mettl.
