Very positive, I am glad we found this service. When issuing giftcards to staff in the past, I have either had to queue and have store assistants put through each giftcard one by one, something always goes wrong (whether in the shop, or the staff members activating them).

Ellacard works well overall, but one of the more frustrating limitations is the lack of flexibility when it comes to customizing visuals. When uploading a PNG, JPG, or GIF, the platform automatically adds a border that makes the image look out of place, which makes it difficult to fully personalize a card. Because of this, it often feels like you have to rely on the designs provided instead of incorporating your own content seamlessly.
