I do wish the notifications could be better customized so we can use it for our messaging forum among my employees. When we try to use the chat feature, it doesn't notify well enough when the others have the app closed. If it had a louder ping notification or allow us to change the tone so it was more recognizable.

It is slow, takes too long to do anything admin side, notifications come in late, it is not user friendly, staff are very unhappy, when logging in on the phone app, doesnt take me directly to the admin schedule.
