It is not a "dislike" per se, but because Vacation Tracker makes it possible to customize leave types and policies, it can be a bit confusing.

Slack integration and ease of use when it comes to the basic functions for teams (time off and toil).

The only real thing I didn't like was that you cannot retrospectively add in leave, once you take the leave without tracking it in Vacation tracker, you can't put it in again.
