I like that UKG is an all in one system for payroll and tax, time off tracking, open enrollment for benefits, etc.

We upgraded from Workforce Central (UKG/Kronos) and the user interface has greatly improved in terms of time tracking and scheduling.

The app also had moments where it loaded slowly or lagged, especially during peak times, and notifications for schedule changes weren’t always consistent.

It is like any other personal app with notifications except a little better. When I submit a PTO request through the computer, I get the notification on my phone that the request has been submitted and is pending approval.

When I submit a case for assistance there are some times that it takes days to get a response. When I ask for a call back there are several times that they send me a message with what they did.  

Time card printing beyond a 2-week pay period is nonexistent and presents a challenge for historical reporting.

For basic workforce tasks  punches, schedules, and weekly hours it worked consistently and didn’t get in the way of my workflow.
