Connecteam is one of the best apps for team communication especially when working remotely. Its interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. It helps in productivity and organizing my work, and track tasks more efficiently. I can recommend it to anyone.
The app using too much RAM for desktops which I don't like but otherwise I like the software.

Excellent, the support team is always available and can assist me with what I need.I would highly recommend this to any other companies, hence why we agreed to film the advertisement.
Accessibility and interface are excellent.This app makes admin side of keeping track of staff hours the easiest I've seen.It is particularly helpful when it comes to employees that work in multiple places/
Getting staff used to a new clock in system will always be difficult. Some features I think can be improved on (i.e. accepting multiple shifts at a time in job scheduler, easier schedule making in app)

Our employees like this much better than the old time clock system as much as we do. This gives us a much better concrete way to see the cost of production, as well as hours worked for payroll.
This product makes it very easy to keep track of employees time as well as the time spent on specific tasks and how many pieces were made. It is very easy to clock in and out for breaks and lunch time. This makes it simple to do no matter where you are located in our various warehouses. Tracking time spent on specific jobs helps us to make better decisions when evaluating the cost of production. There is a geo tracking feature that lets you know if your employees are at work when they clock in or out. The weekly time sheets are very easy to work with and always available to see for all of the employees. This is the Best Customer Support group I have had the pleasure of working with when I had any questions.
This system depends on all of the employees having a cell phone with good reception , and remembering to clock in and out when they change jobs. This improves with practice and there is always an option to make changes that require an administrative approval so accurate information is what is recorded. It is a great system for our business.

Easy to use; alerts employees right away and allows me to chat with them. They can use it to show when they’re available and there’s ample room for notes and other info critical to their work.
Have to upgrade to be able to schedule multiple shifts; would be nice if we could schedule several shifts at once.

Overall, I think I am one of your BIGGEST fans! Connecteam has allowed me to do more in a shorter period of time and reach all of my teams immediately. It has forced me to ensure all of my locations are equipped with tablets to ensure training success as well as performance enhancing. I know there are several items I have asked about and know that they take some time to develop, but when I ask about them, I am comfortable knowing that they have a workflow in place and moving towards making it happen.
I am a HUGE fan of the Connecteam App. The fact that the app is constantly evolving with new and exciting tools, make it easier to use and keeps my employees engaged and wanting to add more. This allows for the day-to-day activities to be done faster and from one location. The Customer Service I have received is AMAZING. When I have questions or thoughts I need to work through, they are right there with information to help me make the decision to improve my process.
Not that I like it the lease. 1. Having the ability to view a single user activity. Pulling any documents with their name or ID # to view their progress. 2. Having the ability to create a user path or required training path. 3. Have the ability to create and save templates in Updates. 4. The ability to change the icon/color once the new item is created. 5. Quiz - Complete update: able to have multiple ways to answer the questions, scoring, if there is an incorrect answer, show the correct answer. 6. When making an quick update, not having to resend to everyone, just the individuals that are being added

This is a user friendly application. We liked the ease of use. We also liked that it was a free application. It was also an easy, user friendly, set up. We will continue to utilize the program.
We have had issues when used to log in and out of work. The app would lock up frequently causing a need to restart the program. It has not deterred us from using the application, just needs to be fixed.

I love the support team, they respond quickly and resolve my issues in minutes...I have LOTS of questions and they always get me back on track when I am stuck.
I wish that I could add number fields together in the forms.

I love the team!! They took time to teach me how to schedule, and they worked me to find a price when I could not afford the membership that I needed.
The simplicity of the layout and the graphics.
I wish that I could not see the features that are available for the price of an upgrade.

Connecteam has helped with managing our employee work time and scheduling tremendously. I have slowly implemented more and more features to benefit our company as a whole and I have been extremely happy with what I have implemented so far. The customer service has always been outstanding!!! Any time I have a question, they have been ready and willing to help me to the best of their ability. I am never disappointed in their service. Even if my question is not answered exactly as I had hoped, they have always offered solutions. Customer service with Connecteam is TOP NOTCH!
Connecteam is helped my company handle employee timesheets. We previously did timesheets by hand and there were multiple human errors. It was very time-consuming for me. Connecteam has significantly increased our efficiency and improved my ability to prioritize other responsibilites. Implementing the application was a challenge only because our staff was resisting the change. Once they understood the ease, we were able to implement easily.
There have been some small features that I have desired in my use of this platform, but nothing major. A little more customization with the scheduling would be nice. I have had to find work-arounds to fit our business - but it has worked out. I would like to be able to create a pdf of a schedule before it is published. Again, I have found alternatives to make it work.

The customer service is great!
The employee scheduling is very easy to use and my employees find it intuitive. The time clock is very easy as well.
As a small business who has a few very part time employees I'm super grateful for the free features. They work perfectly for what I need. I have no complaints.

My overall experience with Connecteam is very positive, and I periodically recommend it to my colleagues when they look for a similar application.
I loved the flexibility that Connecteam offers and how it is heavily focused on mobile and tablet users. Only Administrators need access to a computer for creating new workflows or for deeply intricate configurations. But other than that, once the system is setup and configured properly, it can be used entirely from the phone or tablet, which is a great selling point when it comes to the field of construction...
* I found workflows that require multiple levels of approval are fairly hard to implement. * Not being able to connect my form outputs to google sheets in the advanced plan in operations (It requires an API which is only available in the enterprise package).

Excellent. Helpful emails that I was able to pass on to my staff when we were trying the software. They were actually useful!!!
Easy to set up and use. You can be up and running in less than an hour. Very intuitive. I’ve used a lot of different operating softwares for various business and I appreciate being able to download the product without a demo.
Not sure. Maybe adding a billing function.

I can not praise your customer service enough! It is no secret that I love working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. He is my favorite to chat with because he always makes sure he understands what I am asking, gives in-depth responses (so I fully understand him), often shares personalized quick videos, and always has a workaround when I am having an issue. He continually tells me how wonderful it is to work for Connecteam (and I am so glad to support a company that treats its employees so well). I know that anytime I chat in with a question, anyone can and will provide exceptional customer service. I have never been disappointed with a conversation with them.
I love that this solution is easy to use, is aesthetically pleasing, and is a great value for the cost. I love that they are constantly working hard to continually improve (on an already amazing solution) and send out updates often about what new features they are adding on.
What I like the least about this software is that some things are found in very weird locations (Why is Geo-Fencing in time clocks and not in settings under job scheduling?). I also wish there were training videos for employees. I work remotely and our employees are older and wish there is a way to send them a tutorial without having to try and teach them over a call. (I gave up and made my own training videos on how to use the app and they still struggle).

The reason the Geofence settings are in the Time Clock and not in the Schedule is because the Schedule focuses on letting employees know what they need to do, where they need to be and when of course :) The Time Clock is the feature they track the actual work time with, which includes tracking their current location to ensure they at the worksite. That's why the settings for the Geofence are there :) Once the features are synced - Viola! Harmony :) As for more training videos - we're on it! Thanks again for such a beautiful review :)

Being able to pull off time reports when I need instead of waiting for employees to hand them in at the begining of the next week.
Would like to be able to format the reports the way that suits me. Maybe there is a way to do that I just havent figured it out yet.

Overall, it's been very easy to implement and navigate. The employees found it easy to download and start using right away. I like that it works for a small business.
Ease of use and the support. I like that we don't have to sync with Quickbooks.
I just inquired about blocking dates on the job scheduler for when we are closed.

It is user-friendly and has pleasant colors.
There are still some search limitations. For instance, I would like to search for all work done by one technician in a workflow, that is not available.

I integrated Connectteam with the Lift Operations Department at RED Mountain Resort in BC. We have 60 employees, 8 work stations covering 3 mountains and 3850. Having a platform anyone can use anywhere, both at work and away made for easy roll out of new operating procedures.
The scheduling abilities are phenomenal and the ability to track and make changes on the fly made life very easy compared to excel documents. The switch from paper trails to online-based learning was very engaging for employees.
Any piece I required was catered too, there wasn't anything that I didn't like or couldn't ask to be changed.

I highly recommend this product for any company that needs time tracking
It is so easy for employees to use. Easy to make updates and fixes to the schedule.
Gusto integration does not work. It was unable to pull my employees.

During the COVID pandemic, I have to say that Connecteam has helped me to keep my business operational with a limited staff. From workflows, scheduling, assets, updates, and chats, I have been able to keep my team on the same page within one app. The money I spend for the platform out performs any manager that I would hire to do the same tasks. It also allows me to stay involved with my team on multiple levels that enables solid execution. When there is a breakdown, Connecteam allows me to trace it down to the exact shift and responsibility that is assigned to correct the issues.
I love the interface that consistently loads and works...not unlike other team management apps. I also love the capacity to develop and implement different workflows based on our needs. Finally, when I ever I have an idea or design question, the team at Connecteam is always ready to help.
To take the app over the top, I would love to see some type of project management add on whereby we can track jobs and responsibilities...but who knows...the crew at Connecteam probably has something in place that I am not aware of at this point in time.
