If a user is idle during a Teams call, it fails to register that time accurately, which can lead to misleading activity reports.

Overall, it appears to be a useful app; however, I feel that it's necessary to place safety features to prevent it from shutting down without notification.

generally poor reporting. And not clear status when you start: I have found out about some options after months of using...

Specifically, when users are idle during Microsoft Teams calls, Insightful doesn't always register that time accurately.

It is hard the way to review the screenshots, it is time-consuming, it would be good to find an easy way to review them.

Sometimes, it won't teach you how to navigate some parts of it.
