Insightful is a simple app that allows me to keep an eye on the amount of time worked by team member and also tells me their percentage of time worked in  productive software.

It has given us clear, data  driven visibility into productivity and utilization during scheduled hours, which was something we were previously missing.

If a user is idle during a Teams call, it fails to register that time accurately, which can lead to misleading activity reports.

I like how simple and minimalistic the UI is, makes it easy to maintain while working with different applications running at the same time in my PC.

Specifically, when users are idle during Microsoft Teams calls, Insightful doesn't always register that time accurately.

Everything is fine here but sometimes, I feel there should be more warnings and detailed descriptions of why my time is being considered unproductive so I can rectify the behaviour.

There are 5 or 6 additional features that whenever we try to access it requires a higher paid subscription.

It is hard the way to review the screenshots, it is time-consuming, it would be good to find an easy way to review them.

Sometimes, it won't teach you how to navigate some parts of it.
