The Job Board itself is less customizable than I would like, however, it is very clean and modern in both looks and usability so there is less I am seeking to customize than previous boards.

Got off to a strange start, the sales team was a bit hard to follow as to what features are available and how I as the customer make my selections as to what is included and what is not in terms of features. Once I made it past the sign up, all else was mostly smooth.

Probably the largest benefit I have noticed is that the customer support has been second to none, they are always very quick to respond, very helpful, and accommodating to my questions (mostly about feature requests - we have not encountered many bugs).

The only drawback I've had since using this tool is when I make the monthly payment, the system is too slow to process the payment and a bit confusing, but it's something that requires patience and availability of time to finish the process correctly.

You can build a clean looking job board in about 15 minutes, the UI/UX is the best on the market and the appsumo deal which is now gone was a steal.

My only negative comment is that I would like a feature that allows me to insert more of my company's branding onto the homepage. But this is something unique to me and the audience I am trying to attract (won't be a negative for everyone).
