Pros

The staff are very supportive and helpful and seem to actually care about their work and getting answers. The system is maintained and constantly improving.
I like that it has a very robust base to what you can do and how you can do it. I think aspire has done it's best to create a system that can be be used by many companies.
Love having everything on the cloud to access all information from anywhere I have wifi. Love the ease in scheduling projects and love seeing the progress on the job.

Pros

The customer service is the best. Adding new services has been awesome and the price is well worth it.
Ease of function and the dispatch system has lead to better communication with our service techs. We can see where they are in real time and submitting reports after the call is 100 times better.
Customer service is amazing, some of the best I have ever worked with.

Cons

Inability to put system controls in place to minimize mistakes, particularly related to mishandling tickets and selecting services within an estimate tied to the wrong division.
Sometime the material or the drop box opens on the bottom of the screen where you can't see it. Also when posting material to inventory its puts it for some reason in the wrong inventory account.
We went from one software to this software and it was extremely difficult to transition.

Cons

Or when you re-send an invoice it doesn't show the original date sent.
Mobile app could be a little better. Need a way to track PTO, sick days, etc. for employees.
The only con, would be it’s a little bit trickier to navigate on a phone.

Pros

I taught myself Aspire when coming into this company, I think the website is VERY user friendly and easy to get the hang of. Scheduling is something I do mostly within Aspire and I think the system makes scheduling less of a headache.

Cons

I think Aspire Crew mobile can have better updates. Making the crew mobile more user friendly for people that are not tech savvy.

I wasn't here for implementation, but learning Aspire's processes was easy and the information you can gain from this software is second to none.

Pros

Aspire makes critical processes like scheduling and invoicing so easy and efficient, and allows us to get things done more accurately and in a timely manner.

Cons

The thing I like the least is I feel the crew mobile app has glitches and it is difficult for crews to get all the information they need (maps, info, ect) from the mobile app. It is also difficult for Spanish Speaking crew leaders to use.

Pros

Ease of functionality, able to keep employees and clients in the loop and know what is going on without multiple phone calls.

Cons

It be nice for the Crew Mobile app to have a Manager version for estimating, takeoffs, and site audits.

Pros

Program use, set up and training were great. With the exception we lost help when we were fully live and took forever to get a CRM. But we powered through and we love the program.

Cons

Not being able to edit contracts (though understand why) and I wish invoice layout management was easier to do on our own. Aspire crew mobile could use some updates, being able to look up property names and addresses without a ticket.

We used CLIP for 15 years, LMN for 5 years and now Aspire. Aspire costs more but you also get a lot more.

Pros

Accuracy of estimating. Speed with which estimates can be generated using templates, the equipment module syncing with gps and alerting for all of the maintenance. I also wish you could generate an efficiency score for each employee rather than only for the crew leader.

Cons

Not being able so see notes on the equipment serviced report. You can see the notes on the equipment needing serviced report but for some reason not on the report of the equipment that has been serviced.

Software Solutions for the Modern Age

It's involved a complete culture shift at our company, and it has not been an easy transition. Getting everyone 100% on board is still a challenge after 2 years. Aspire has many checks and balances, but there are certainly workarounds. With the help of some outside consultants and a wonderful CSM, we are finally on the right track. The rapid growth of Aspire offers many benefits such as an ever-expanding list of company partnerships for GPS integration, payroll integration and more.

Pros

All encompassing software that limits the amount of work you have to do in other programs. The rapid expansion means there are constant improvements made, and the community is very helpful. I enjoy the amount of control I have over different aspects of our business, from creating custom layouts for proposals and invoices, to managing required fields. It's not perfect, but it is certainly getting there. After changing software numerous times over the years, it is comforting to know we are sticking with Aspire for the long term.

Cons

Little things that are thankfully being improved upon. The mobile application feels antiquated and makes the lives of the crews difficult at times. I also really dislike how T&M pricing hierarchy is calculated. Why would it pull from the catalog pricing even though you change the amount on the purchase receipt? That's like if it just took the estimated hours and charged for them instead of the actual hours on site. It is counterintuitive and illogical for a time and material invoice type.

We have been with them since before Aspire took over. We loved that they listened to our advice on what would be great to use on the app for our company. Loved watching the changes and growing with them.

Pros

The scheduling! Helped me keep track of what jobs to for the day and be able to schedule with the customers as well.

Cons

Must have Quickbooks ONLINE only! We have Quickbooks Desktop. Online to us is to expensive.
