It is very user friendly. The field team can use this as well as the admin.
CRM and crew mobile features need to be worked on and updated.

I wasn't here for implementation, but learning Aspire's processes was easy and the information you can gain from this software is second to none.
Aspire makes critical processes like scheduling and invoicing so easy and efficient, and allows us to get things done more accurately and in a timely manner.
The thing I like the least is I feel the crew mobile app has glitches and it is difficult for crews to get all the information they need (maps, info, ect) from the mobile app. It is also difficult for Spanish Speaking crew leaders to use.

We hear often that having everything from estimates to accounting/financial data is so helpful. We have been getting feedback about the mobile app experience as well and we will continue to publish releases and updates to it. Keep your eyes open for the next one! For my 1st conference- it has been GREAT! The people are great and I learned alot. I look forward to attending next year's.
Ease of functionality, able to keep employees and clients in the loop and know what is going on without multiple phone calls.
It be nice for the Crew Mobile app to have a Manager version for estimating, takeoffs, and site audits.
