Originally, the program was not built for commercial landscape, but the programmers have made changes along the way to make it work.

I love the flexibility of the scheduling module most of all the features, being able to quickly and easily move work around means that it is super easy to make sure everyone stays on track.

It's difficult to make changes to our layouts.   When we need to make a change to the look of our invoices, contracts, purchase orders, etc, we wish it could be a much smoother process.

The operational side of the software is excellent and gives the branch teams the tools they need to estimate, schedule and track performance.  

Our CSM, [sensitive content hidden], has been great as well, giving us the resources we need in order to understand Aspire and connecting us with the right people.

The reporting that is available within the system when used correctly is amazing and helps make sure that you are profitable on all jobs.

Countless times when my team and I would log in to aspire we would get error messages. When reaching out to aspire about this issue they informed us that their servers are overloaded in the morning due to high activity.

There really isn't a way to track Collections notes.

This support chain has led us in our success with Aspire and greatly deepened our understanding the processes involved with the system.

The only real issues that are worth mentioning is that when there are updates, we almost need another person in-house to see what is changing and make sure they do not effect some of the individual daily processes.  

We have very specific needs, and the set up has taken a long time solely because of the specific nature and number of items that we need to set up prior to using the system to it's full potential.

Comparatively speaking to others that have been used in the past as well as simple excel and word documents, this program has really changed how we do business on the production side alone.  

She apologized for the wasted time in the trainings that had nothing to do with our industry, then in a bragging tone told me that one of their clients has hired an entire team to help buildout and maintain their Aspire account.  

All of the integration, labor tracking, earned income, inventory tracking, etc. really looked great.

On the flip side the administrative and accounting side of Aspire has some challenges integrating smoothly with our accounting system.  

The proposals that we are able to create along with the data needed to ensure proper pricing of jobs.

Estimating is a breeze once your templates, services, item catalogs and kits are uploaded.

Increasing visibility into our actual production metrics has allowed us to systemize estimating to the point of simply measuring and selecting the appropriate property type, yielding an accurate proposal with appropriate production hours for deployment.

I do wish more attention was given to the collections side.

Speed with which estimates can be generated using templates, the equipment module syncing with gps and alerting for all of the maintenance.

Aspire Billing is very manipulative and predatory.  

I like the wide range of reports that can be generated within Aspire.

For us the hardest part is finding the time to set up all the items we need to cater the system to our business.

I told them that I wanted to cancel since nothing is preset for janitorial, and the time and expertise required to set this up from scratch is immense.

It was a rough start with the initial trainer not participating in the training and then soon quit leaving us to be passed around but Aspire did an excellent job of assigning us an amazing person to get us through our journey.  

Administrative/data entry time has been drastically reduced for my job role with this program.

So when we reached out to support, we would have to submit a ticket and wait a few hours for a tech to get back to us.
