I think being able to access some more advanced API tools would allow you to create some sleeker websites. When you browse some of the example sites that Booqable features I think many of them are just integrating the booking software into a custom designed website hosted and designed off of Booqable.

It integrates seamlessly with my existing Shopify website, and what I love most is that it lets me run both my regular retail business and my rental service all in one place

It keeps my inventory, bookings, and payments organized, makes checkout easy for customers, and saves me so much time running my rental business.

For us (film school) it is not very practical (we have 2 staff members responsible for the equipment), and also, the option to bundle inventory items into kits (bundles) is not available, witch can be a very inefficient way to handle film equipment.

It would be beneficial if some of the lingo could be changed within the system: we do not have a brick and mortar for our business so we do all drop off and pick up of items and not being able to change the lingo can make it confusing to the customer.

Some advanced features and customizations require workarounds or external tools, especially when dealing with deposits, guarantees, or very specific pricing rules.

The only area I'd highlight for improvement would be the ability to incorporate a wider array of third party payment processors, but this is in no way a dealbreaker, as the pros heavily outweigh this suggestion.

the only issue i had was creating a reservation and sending out a payment link through the phone app, i only had to do that once, i let one of the techs no, not sure if it got fixed yet since i havent had to do it again

What I like most about Booqable is that it offers the most professional options for web design and feature implementation in the party & event rental industry.

I found Booqable and they had everything that I needed from booking calendars to allowing customers to purchase off of an online store where they had templates for websites ready to go.

what was great about it was i was able to do a 14 day trial, i was pretty much able do everything under the free trial, so it gave me time to learn the software and get use to it.

We use bundles often, and it would be ideal if bundles could display only the total bundle price, without showing the individual prices of each item included.

I wish we could send contracts that allowed countersigning as well as invoicing with payment all In one send-all to client.

There’s not much to dislike, but if I had to choose something, it would be the limited customization options for the customer-facing booking page. While it's clean and functional, a bit more flexibility in design or branding would help make it feel more tailored to our business.
