It is easier to use than other EDC platforms. Very designer friendly.

It has some drawbacks like, some normal JavaScript functions do not work in the EDC.

Bugs at times intervene the development of eCRFs and workflow.

- Comprehensive online and video tutorials for system users. - Excellent customer support (incl. query response time) regarding any system/study-related questions. The team is always ready to advise and share their expertise. - Customer feedback is welcome and is regularly reflected in further system releases.

- Loading large EDC Forms can take too much time. - Online Study Statistics is only editable before the EDC goes live and needs advanced operation manual. - Form Signing feature does not fully conform to German regulative documents and could be improved.

Ease of deployment, DB design process and pricing modules that kick starts from FPA to DBL

Migration process need to be improvised. There is no scope for impact analysis before moving the DB updates after initial deployment. Edit check publish option: this functionality needs to be included; to publish the edit checks without up versioning the database. e-Consent and remote data review functionality to be implemented

Cheaper than other companies.Lots of features.Support are quick to respond to individual responses.New visuals looks very professional for Viedoc Me.

Forms can be difficult to create in designer, with some bugs

An easy to learn and use EDC which can pretty much cover any complex clinical database designing.

Lack of few advanced features and presence of few bugs.

Viedoc EDC provides a platform for proper design and orientation of data...It impacts the way data is presented and is very user-friendly. It has Randomization, Data Mapping etc. like features within the EDC that makes it perfect for all the studies that has different types of scopes to cover.

The time for which it takes to load the data.eg: when publishing big studies with more than 2000 checks.

EDC designer is easy to use and flexible for the designer and programmer can work at the same time.

It would cover the process if the Logistics could connect with the warehouse and trigger to the warehouse to ship the IP automatically.

Ease of building studies in Viedoc EDC, with multiple inbuilt functionalities. Cost of conducting a trial is less than competition

More stability needed for Phase II-III trials.

Screen construction is easy.Easy to customize if you have basic knowledge of java script.

I want you to be able to lock forms all at once. I would like to be able to check the approval status of EDC revisions all at once.

Ease of setup even for complex studies . Highly easy to navigate interface for users. Fast performance.

Nothing of any consequence. Perhaps a offline capability when internet or wifi is unavailable in certain countries or settings by this a very minor Con.

As mentioned in a separate review we have recently integrated Viedoc with a system that has a lot to offer in terms of reporting capabilities. Having syntaxes to ease the coding part. designer friendly with all the date, time, form link items.

In designer, while designing huge forms (more than 300 fields)., it does take more time in validating and publishing and previewing. Training database available to train my team as well as to initiate database development without cost to our clients. The training videos are excellent for introducing potential clients to Viedoc as well as supporting novice users. The EDC system presentation and workflow is user intuitive.

Reference data set up is tedious and repetitive.

I like the forms functionality and the standard report functions. It is easy to design the forms and the visibility conditions makes it easy for the users to complete the CRFs.

We need to be able to assign subjects to partiel SDV in a risk-based approach. Currently Viedoc cannot adjust the individual SDV level for a subject or site but only on overall trial level.

Viedoc is doing very well in terms of customer support. It has made EDC a lot more time saving. Great tool for handling large research or clinical projects where data entry is a crucial part. Video tutorials are also available wich is very helpful.

Only thing that can be added is offline usability. It would be great in case of any internet failure. Otherwise it is great.

My overall experience with Viedoc is great, because it contains not only features for collection of clinical trial, but also supports us and other users with features, such as randomization, supply management, data review, source data verification, reference range management, medical coding, reporting, user training and certification. I like the Viedoc Reports application that gives a quick overview of the study progress and performance.

The overview of assigned study design versions and applied revisions could be improved.

After using several market-leading EDC systems in my work as a clinical project manager, I prefer working with Viedoc. Viedoc is an extremely user friendly system with intuitive functions for data collection, monitoring and reporting. The design is excellent and the safety reporting and data export functions are far better than in other systems. Viedoc is highly appreciated among site staff, monitors, data managers and project managers.

An integrated CTMS would be great to have.

The software is incredibly easy to use from both the designer and clinician perspectives. This makes it efficient to build, deploy, and train new sites for any study. For small medical device companies, efficiency is key.

There may be some advanced features that are available with larger/more expensive EDC systems. However, Viedoc has done a great job incorporating feedback for improvement. One feature that would be nice to add is expanding the customized reporting tools. Currently, any report is possible with some R coding, but it would be great to bring that into the low-code nature of the rest of the platform.

I love the user interface, it is so simple and intuitive that there are hardly any errors to be expected. In the designer role, building an eCRF is playful and so easy that it's a lot of fun. The design validation is a huge help, errors generated are caught immediately and it is impossible to publish a design that contains hard errors. This saves the designer a lot of time looking for errors.

When adding users, I miss the automated process to add users faster. You can already invite several users, but you still have to assign roles manually. It would be nice if you could think of a solution there, in the sense of ready-made lists that you could upload there. So that you could upload users with their associated roles directly.

I am also happy to inform you we are adding support for local lab ranges in the August release. This will facilitate a lot when dealing with larger studies with many sites and where there might be frequent updates in these values.
