Also love the fact that it's easy for each user to customize their own interface so the most important document coding elements are always at the top of the screen.

It's great at identifying significant documents and easy to share with our outside counsel. The customer service is great, and our clients love using it too.

Ease of use, cost savings, data load fast, and document retrieval is quick and easy.

The only negative I have with CloudNine is the user's inability to change the background coloring. When working for hours at a time on document productions a change of color would relieve eye stress.

Overall, I love Digital WarRoom. That is my honest opinion.

The binder system makes it easy to save search results in an intuitive manner that is easy to explain and document for other reviewers.

In spite of this imbalance, my small firm was able to keep pace every step of the way. Most importantly, the DWR team was incredibly responsive and supported my firm when we needed it.

DWR's staff are extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and willing to share information, so we learned from them. They assist our users quickly and resolve issues.

No real cons from our perspective. Does not have all the features of Relativity but has all the features that we need at a MUCH lower price.
