Congressus is a Dutch-language SaaS solution for the complete membership administration of small and large associations with support for financial management. Features include collections management, newsletter distribution, website management, statistics, forums, and email marketing. Association members have access to a self-service portal to view and modify their own data.

When implementing Congressus, data can be imported from a simple administration tool, such as Microsoft Excel, in a few clicks. The available API can ensure a smooth conversion of the data from third party software applications. When entering data, checks are carried out to prevent errors.

Associations can benefit from a custom website and online shop and manage it from within the Congressus platform.
