Sometimes I end up leaving money on the table by forgetting about clients request for quotes on additional services or not following up from being so busy, but now I can enter tasks to complete, client request, schedule planned maintenance reminders, my clients can recieve automated payment reminders, and more so its like I have a secretary, dispatcher and accountant just with implementing thia software.

Like i previously mentioned, this is a software for your back office teams like a Billing Manager, Project Manager, Client Manager, CEO, Field Workers and it also has a feature to allow your clients to view their documents and project info which is absolutely amazing.

Contractor+ has made this a seamless effort to send estimates, invoices, collect payment, schedule jobs and connect with clients easier than ever!

Some of the restrictions for new companies make certain things difficult: in particular not being able to have card payments without any reviews as a brand new business.

I wish there was the ability to allow subcontractors permissions to your job and work order information, possibly something they could release in a future update.

Adding customers in, completing quotes, adding payment methods, the security of the app takes a bit of pressure off.

Its a great all in one app from getting leads for your business to accepting payments from customers, creating invoices, and managing inventory. If you own a bussiness this is what you need to EASILY run it.

It's pretty much an all-in-one app without having to pay for additional add-ons that end up driving up the cost of the CRM.

I really can't think of anything. Once there was an issue with 3rd party payment processors where contractor+ tried to drop integration for 3rd party processors and only provide connectivity for their payment system.

I didn’t really like the cost for transactions its cheap on joist which I’ve been using for years there should be more available for financing

From organization, scheduling, online presence, taking payments, communication with my clients and so much more!  

I was able to set up an estimate and customers and start invoicing almost immediately.

That it integrates thumb tack and you can easly swap between apps and follow up on your everyday leads

I commited to a year a week before my free trail ended, it fit my companies needs and brought so much more to the table, it has really paid for itself.

Uploading photos turning half black the setup seems to no full work on some items. And need more color

I do not like that I need a certain amount in order to be able to receive payments.

It's a all in one construction app that covers all the basics.

The software can feel a bit clumsy at first and does come with a learning curve.

They can send you texts that are not easy to block if you want alerts to still come through.

Some up front information got a little in the weeds but I understand why they ask.  

I like that it’s easy to use with mobile devices and has everything I need in one place.
