Been using it Dealertrack DMS for a couple days now after switching from Dealercenter. So far so good, easy to use.

A streamline system.
Cust support was great at getting our website fully customized with every challenge I sent her. Plus, the website allows all the credit apps to go directly into the DMS so we can easily submit deals through DealerTrack.
Keeping up with all the open windows created because everytime you click on a task or link the system opens another window, etc.

We got DealerCenter's DMS because AutoSoft didnt have integrations for anything like paperwork, mobile app, etc. The functionality is much smoother and it's all in one place! I don't have to open multiple websites for DealerTrack, AutoSoft, and emails to manage my dealerships anymore!
I didnt notice anything i didnt like so far!

I have been with the company over 4 years now. I like the database and the support team. My only complaint would be the database will slow down at times. If that could be faster that would be great.

Overall, the system has covered the basics of our DMS needs and has proven to be worth the money that it costs in comparison to other DMS systems. My new rep was extremely friendly and genuinely seemed to care about helping me today.
Integration with DealerTrack & Route One, Dealer Group Setting, You can't beat the price...
Some of the forms, ie; the credit application doesn't carry over a lot of the fields necessary for some of our other lenders and isn't as user friendly as I would like to see. There's almost too much information and too many screens.

The biggest thing we gained from switching is TIME. All of the different applications asking for the same information eats up a large portion of your time and you don't even realize it. All your questions and answers are there in one easy location.
The ease of use. Much less flipping from one program, or one web page to the next. The software is all integrated into Dealertrack, Route One etc. You don't have to copy the prospect from the CRM to the DMS and vice versa to keep track of them. The customer service available is hands down, the best. Our Rep, Abigail Bishop, knows her stuff!
The program is full of tips and tricks and its a bit daunting at first, but its easy enough to get over as long as you're proactive in asking for help.

I love that RouteOne and DealerTrack are inside DC so I can have everything together

I like how Dealercenter makes everything so simple! very user-friendly. I like how we can print paperwork through the DMS and everything is prefilled. DealerPro Services's DMS doesn't even come close to DealerCenter's DMS!
There wasn't anything I didn't like - maybe the if the pricepoint was lower, we'd get ALL the services!

one central place to run my day to day operations
I like that I can link Dealer Track into DealerCenter to simplfy my submission process and my day to day operations
When I use DealerTrack to enter my deals the deal information is changed when I get into DealerCenter to start rehashing.

Vanessa is very helpful she helped me sign up with Route One and Flagship and Dealertrack. I really like Dealercenter.
I like that i can submit finance deals with many different lenders like Westlake.
Everything is fine the only thing I would say is that it is a little expensive.

I am moving to Dealer Center from Frazer. It is convenient and a lot easier to use. I love the support, Great training from the beginning and an easy to use DMS, inventory, financing, in one program., and as a good bonus desking tool
the DMS works great. I plan on switching over
