While the program is very simple and cost-effective, it lacks some of the more advanced features that other church management software offers.

I liked all of the features it add in being a comprehensive database in the sense of being able to manage 2000+ contacts and employee access.

The layout of the software is terrible, and everyone required multiple trainings on how to do the simplest tasks such as workflows, new entries, and more.

Children's Check-in cannot reprint tags - we have to ask for people's identification if they lose a pickup tag.  

NONE of this is automated or easy.   If a member no longer attends, there is no option to make them inactive outside of deleting their account.

I remember very vividly being confused about remote desktop and more, so I didn't even bother with it and accessed it through co-worker computers.

The communication between the member information and the giving platform is TERRIBLE!

Also the pricing may be very steep for most churches in South Africa who don't make much income.

Some times the software became unresponsive and slow, and technical support was not always easy to access.

It truly gives value for money and it is easy to find the past information stored in the software.
