I love the easy of this program. I love that I can pull up the program on my cellphone if we at a house call or the power goes out at the clinic.

We were very impressed with the reporting features, the ease of keeping patient records, and the ease of learning how to use the software. Having gone from no practice software to eVet was seamless.

We have had a lot of issues with the printing, the dymo label printer would just stop working for no reason and the printers would not work from time to time and we had to trouble shoot them a lot.

The other con would be the inability to store Clients Credit Card numbers, it is high in demand. Printers and label makers are incompatible with Google Chrome - so we often have troubles.

The accounting is horrible. It is near unusable to reconcile your daily charges.

Our team was able to easily and quickly catch on to how it works and the intricacies. Love the ability to add or subtract (activate and deactivate) settings and reports, it is very easy.

This is a good product for the money for a smaller practice. We have outgrown it considerably (do not have days in end to work through data spreadsheets).

Cost per month for the software is very reasonable. It was easy to learn and my whole staff was competent on the platform within days.

It is a great system for record keeping!!!!  I really love how everyone at NaVetor works with you. The training was great, the implementation was easy, the customer service is awesome.

From the Demo to implementing the program has been AMAZING. We can't believe how easy it was.

We opened with Navetor in October 2019 and they have been with us every step of the way. Friendly help over the phone and easily accessible.

It was overall horrible. Even when we switched we could not get all of our info and the info we did get did not come over correctly.

The credit card processor, Global Payments, which can be integrated with NaVetor worked seamlessly and they seem to have good rates.

We like that it is easy to use and pretty straight forward. If there is ever an issue, it is fixed in a timely manner.

The price point is amazing and the fact they offer assistance for shelters is phenomenal.

But at least there are workarounds. I imagine as my practice gets busier these kinks will become more frustrating.

The fee schedule and invoice setup was about it. I liked the idea of Navetor.

Software is customizable to do about anything you want. Customer service is readily available to answer questions and will work to fix or add a service if not there.

Adding products, services, prescription to invoice was easy and did not require too many "clicks.

It seems to be intuitive at least for us what to do next  at many levels. I  like the SOAP being connected  well with the invoice and  that they are not separate entities.

Getting from one patient to the next isn't always easy, requesting lab work has too many steps, inputting times/and dates can be time consuming because of the drop downs.

It keeps improving daily so if i am unhappy with something it can be changed.
