Part of this is because my hospital never provided any sort of training or standardized sop for use -there may be more efficient ways to use- but if you are a relief person or new user trying to navigate it without any instruction or I guess if it hasn't been customized for the practice flow, it is a nightmare.

My hospital also has an excessive list of bloodwork options, most of which are rarely used, making it EXTREMELY cumbersome to find the right labwork for a patient at a reasonable price.

Inventory tracking has improved tremendously with the ability to track inventory in the hospital and all truck locations.

With the payment feature, if you make a mistake, it is a lot of steps to disable the payment, remove it, and do it over again.

I love the ease of access to the information and how each thing is bundled into categories.

I like that I can send call backs and memos to my whole staff too.

We integrate anything we can into Ezyvet.

I love the ease of use and the ability to search up a record via multiple pieces of information, ie phone number, email address etc.

I don't necessarily like all the frequent updates, but they are not terrible.

ezyVet also works very well with VetRadar, which we use for both our hospitalized and surgery patients.

I currently use Daysmart but I’ve also used cornerstone, DVMMax, AviMark, and countless others over the years.

You can't read it on the screen and if it is printed, it is completely illegible.
