There are many different ways to do the same thing, so each staff member can do what is comfortable for them. The integrations are fantastic too.

Highly customizable, nice layout, nice features. Once you get it set up to your liking, it can save considerable amounts of time while letting you maintain thorough records.

I submitted a ticket in September that has not been addressed and I have received no updates on it. Even when I have called to follow up, no updates are available.

The customer service  All Stars are a joy to work with and very quickly address any questions I have.

There are no support charges and I believe the monthly costs are fair and competitive. The company has a genuine, honest and personal ethos.

Then they do not complete their portion of any work but if there is a delay it is all on the user. Once you finish implementation, you are on your own to just figure it out.

Unsure if able to push shifts to mobile device (e.g. google calendar). On screen guides are a pain and difficult to get rid of (e.g. guides show up all the time, not just once).

Sometimes the software is difficult to use on an iPhone and I have had a couple problems switching shifts.

I like the email function and that it is secure. It allows me to communicate with my physician about confidental items.
