The Projects and task features make it super clear, super simple, and honestly—it just keeps me moving. If you care about actually getting sht done for your clients, this is the kind of system that works.

It is very easy for projects to switch between team members if something were to happen. If a team member is sick, another team member can still offer the clients a good client experience because of the team/client task keeping everyone in order.

One thing I find less ideal about Financial Cents is that when I add a “Client Task,” the email notifications it sends can’t be personalized much.

Their monthly “feature recap” meetings are amazing as well because they share updates and also take the time to answer questions and hear our opinions live.

Nice security features and passwordless login with channels to communicate so you don't have to send message to everyone at the same time.

Between the automated reminders and the easy document sharing, it feels like I hired a virtual assistant for a fraction of the cost.

Oh I love the email integration in scale it allows me to view emails from each client and it's connected to the client file, Very helpful.

Nothing "yet", there are a few odds and ends, for instance, email integration can not be done with shared mailed boxes, but I feel they'll get there!

For example, there’s no option to use “Shift + Enter” to format the email and make it look more professional.

Support is usually quick and helpful if you need to contact them for an issue. Although not customizable for some reason, the client information is laid out well and includes all communications with the client as well as any resources needed.

Unfortunately financial cents is not integrated with all payroll software that I work and one of them is payroll relief.

This feature saves time by allowing you to set up projects quickly without adding them manually.

Feature recap meetings – Monthly live sessions to share updates, answer questions, and gather user opinions.

Using Financial Cents on a mobile device is not nearly as nice as using it on a computer.

The real value is that it allows us to run efficiently behind the scenes so we can show up as a true trusted partner to our clients.

We do not currently use the billing side but everything looks pretty easy, and hopefully someday they'll have a real app that works as good as the website.

getting the flow started can take a bit and setting up the work flows to be how you firm needs.

One con of Financial Cents is that it has so many features that it can take time to learn and fully implement them all.

You can send file requests to clients monthly but after they upload you can only download or manipulate one at a time.
