Being able to handle calls, texts, and web inquiries automatically 24/7—while still capturing leads and booking jobs—has taken a lot of pressure off our office and helped us close more work without adding staff.

The mobile app is a big plus—our techs can handle jobs, notes, and payments in the field without slowing down.

It has significantly cut down on admin time and keeps our operations running efficiently day-to-day.

User-friendly and constant updates are just a will-made app for the phone and great software for the desktop.

They are adding new features but never solving problems on the core function of the software.

There are several small issues that on their own are not a big deal but they are never solved, so they have stacked up.

So, I have to go back to old notes to copy any past over and over.

There is some slowness and occasional crashing, but very minimal.

Now they tell me that the problems can not be reproduced on their end.

The best short statement I can make to describe my impression with GorillaDesk at this point, would be to say that all of the other competing software packages I've used before seem to be designed around what works for the software company, whereas GorillaDesk is designed with what makes sense for the end user in mind, and what is convenient for them, whether technicians, managers, sales, or dispatch.

Sometimes you run into a situation where what you used, or where you used it, or how you used it, aren't easily described by the choices available, although I am aware you can customize them from the desktop, but some of the more obscure ones you wont realize until they are encountered.

Even when my online help got sick and was unable to be available for the appointment, the lady that  answered the phone was able to step right in on a moments notice.

I am able to sync GorillaDesk with quickbooks online and my bank account so it all works together very nice.

Ease of use; ability to bar code items to keep track of items;  the ability to collect & utilize data, as well as keeping track of technicians on the job.  

It's easy to use, operates smoothly, any tune I have a questions support is fast to respond.

The few small problems that I’ve had have been corrected quickly.

Only thing I can say as of know is the mobile app.

I would to see the ability of sending out a company news letter to all my current customer via email.  

Excellent help, training and tips integrated into the software and someone has been available immediately when I've needed more specific help.

it also handles jobs you do for all customers at various times (irrigation startups, turf fertilizations, etc) very well and will load all the work to each customer when you activate the round

The original program was fantastic and is one of the reasons our business has been so successful. After computers recently started aging out we realized the desktop version will soon be obsolete once Microsoft stops supporting the script it is written in.

Additionally there are several "bugs" in the system I reported and resolutions are pending.

The customer service I was provided during the demo and training was the biggest reason I pulled the trigger and moved to CLIPitc.

The big picture is there, they just have to fine tune a few more details to get it up to 100% in my opinion.

I will see how long these take and how the rest of the year goes and update my review later.

The way it handles crews and "rounds" is great.  

There *ARE* several quirks you have to learn work arounds for.

Additionally, I think the price is fair for what they offer compared to competitors.
