If you want to use their system to send email reminders, the reminders are generated as a separate email for each individual service, with literally nothing else in the body of the email, e.g., body of email will be Rabies vaccine 1 year.

To actually have a usable reminder, it is necessary to add some type of message, combine the different emails, and delete the duplicates.  

I really liked that it was customizable so each department can make it best for what they need to see at a glance.

Sometimes, one patient name will show in the upper left corner, but the record will actually be for a different patient, which has caused records to be entered under the wrong patient.  

I just finished reading a book on investing your time in the things that will have the most long-term positive impact, and there was the better part of a chapter dedicated to being limited by your systems.  

As another reviewer mentioned, the "upgrade" to 2.0 has made the software so difficult and frustrating to use.

Now with the new version... it is a royal nightmare and I want to wake up.

The address would be correct in client info, but when script is printed, the wrong state is listed.   When ordering medications, despite clicking on the exam to link to,  each script would be on a separate invoice.  

Invoicing is a learning curve and never shows when a client gets a discount.

If I approve an order the numerical bubble on my home screen will still say I have the same number of requests as before until I press the refresh button.

When we edit a client's rx request, it sends them a notice saying it was declined and then an entirely new rx request is sent to the client.

We have lost a client over this, and when calling to ask if there was a way to know if it is auto-ship vs. request, I was told that I could look in their previous order to see if it was auto-ship.

Ease of use, able to modify quantities, the ability to write RX's directly from pulse.

It is also too difficult to figure out at a glance if an order is auto-ship generated or something the owner requested on their own.

We , as vets didnt get any notification that our clients had ordered anything. When I went onto approve the script, I found 2 other requests that we didnt know about.

We have had so many clients complaining about it taking over a week just for their order to be shipped out, not even delivered.

Is getting better, can help clients check out and switch things now, still can't order for clinic like could on old platform. When I have had to call in all reps have been super helpful and friendly!!!

Wait times for customer support were sometimes over 30 minutes, and online chat was seldom available.at the end of 2023.

When RX is filled for whatever reason, we usually don't have a good way to follow up to make sure owner gets meds.
