What is MySeg?
MySeg is an intelligent system for insurance brokers that makes it possible to improve communication with customers, generate new business, and expand an insurance portfolio. The tool offers an application customizable with the company's logo. Available in Portuguese for Android and iOS, in which brokers can upload customers' policies, send quotes and invoices, open claims, send birthday greetings or reminders about a promotional action, and more. With the application, the broker's employees can send messages to a single policyholder or several, parameterize the dates for sending expiration alerts, and consult the policy data.
