We stupidly paid for a year in advance because the service sounded so great, and now they will not refund any portion of that year even though we have had to go back to Building Link.

Have also recently had many issues in the last weeks getting on the system because it says my password does not match the system and I have to reset it (with the same password) and it sometimes does not work.

Also if I am using both the app and a pc I have to go through the reset password on each device before it will work. When it does not work I have to call Vinteum for help.

It was relatively inexpensive compared to Building Link, and the front facing website looked attractive.

The only thing I have seen lacking the ability to edit units once a requests is sent in (just if someone enters wrong) and the ability to delete un-needed emails sent.
