Its at least current vets as we had issues with old vets still in the list, but you can still pick all the vets, and some vets will only do one day a few weeks at various sites.

The features within vetstoria that I liked are the test function so you can clearly see what your clients will be seeing and the journey they will take booking the appointment, the reminders that follow and even how easy it is to cancel.

It contains all of the patient's data that we need for appointments (scheduling, history, attachments, etc)

I also favored the appointment scheduler and the ability to copy and paste appointments which is not something that is available with our current practice management system.

The fact that Cornerstone is tied to a server and can't be a cloud based software. If the server crashes it causes a lot of headaches.

It was a little "clunky" at times and counterintuitive on how to find some information. But it does the job. If you don't need a lot of bells and whistles.

I did not like how the integration with other products, such as IDEXX, would sometimes not work for some patients.

The scheduling software is very simple and allows for ease of use and efficiency in managing your time, since it is not complicated.

It served me well in those 15 years. But sadly there are better options out now if you want advanced software.

For instance, creating reports was quite difficult when it could be fixed with a few tech-savvy updates.

Fairly neutral; not the worst software that the practice has ever used, but difficult to learn at first, and cannot be used for all in-hospital needs, auxiliary programs are needed for treatment sheets and imaging files.

Not great at syncing with other data (ex: Idexx lab results).

It is simple to use and integrates well will all Idexx blood analyzers, which is nice.  

The customer support and initial staff training are extensive.

Invoice mistakes, server issues, and LONG wait times for customer service eventually led to us terminating out contract with IDEXX and moving over to a new PIMS.

It has so many wonderful features but until recently they were like easter eggs and you had to find them and teach yourself how to use them.

While using cornerstone it was very easy to locate something on a medical record.

There are a few features that require a right click and drop down menu that I feel would be better set to just a double click.

In the nearly 10 years I used Cornerstone I found reporting and boarding/scheduling features to be the best aspect of the program.

We have been a CS client since 1999 and while we love it, we have hated it at times.

Cornerstone is a massive program and for the price and what we utilized of it, the cost didn't work for us.

Have to click yes 3 times to print an invoice but you can delete something easily without warning. If one computer crashes in the middle of putting on charges you can't access it from another computer, you need to wait until that computer is back up and running.

I can enter the weight, but to enter something like the temperature, I have to verify that I know a temperature is outside the normal range and my ID number about 3 times, just to enter it once.

It has been a stable program on the in house server for 12 years.
