We really liked this program due tot the ability to not have to pass out a new pass every time something changed with a resident, however, with the cuts on the permits they rip into multiple pieces whenever removed.

We do not have the same patrol everynight so being able to scan the code and maybe type in a universal passcode or something would be easier than needing to bookmark the page.

Registering vehicles ahead of time is pretty quick and painless, as long as you have the correct license plate.

The banned vehicle and safe vehicle option appear to be the only permanent saved history.

I think the new stickers that allow you to check off boxes was an amazing addition.

THEY THINK THEY PUT A STICKER ON CAR AND IT MAGICLY APPEARS IN PARKING BOSS.

The interface is a little difficult to navigate and I feel like it could be simplified further for people to use.

We are able to identify the violators much more quickly with the system.

They respond quickly and are accomodating and helpful and willing to attend Board meetings to review the product with the Board.

We need to have our parking monitored as we have a small community.

One thing I liked least about Tidaro was the limited admin functionality available in the mobile app compared with the web version, which sometimes made it inconvenient to manage bookings or make quick adjustments while on the go.   When acting as an administrator, it was often necessary to switch to the desktop interface to access more advanced configuration options, reporting, or user management, which slowed down quick, on‑the‑spot changes during a busy workday.

It makes it very easy to control the car park, use layered systems to prioritise staff by distance travelled to work and troubleshooting when spaces are mixed up you can easily identify who to contact if someone has taken your space by accident.

the fact that once you get a booking from the waiting list you can’t choose the hours. when someone forgets to free the booking once they’re leaving the spot it is blocked until the end of the day and others aren’t able to book it later so it stays empty.
