What is Parking Boss?
Designed and developed by Community Boss, Parking Boss is a cloud-based parking management platform designed for apartments and homeowner associations. The cloud-based platform provides a combination of features for desktop and mobile devices to help manage guest and resident parking as well as enforce parking rules.
Parking Boss’ Smart Decal feature allows users to track individual vehicles and their parking activity using a unique serial number and QR barcode. Parking Boss’ standard 1.5” x 2.5” decal is available in black, green, blue, red, yellow, and purple colors, and can be customized for business needs. It is available both in exterior and interior sticker options.
The Manager app offers full control to teams that require management of parking and enforcement of parking rules and regulations. Managers enjoy privileges such as issuing violations, running reports, assigning Smart Decals, printing passes, document access, vehicle banning, and more.
