We wish there was a way to customize some of the alerts further - for instance, we would love to be able to assign a "Speeding over posted" alert for something like 13 mph over posted for non-highway driving, but for highway driving we'd want the alert to be "speeding over" 20.

Customer service is top-notch and if you ever have any problems, they will get you taken care of and that is one thing that we all need is customer service that is ready to help you when you need it

I wish i could go by address and see what truck was there  instead of looking up address seeing what tech was out selecting his truck and then the day.

Added benefit to getting it, was if i have a driver that's not being responsive, i can check to see where he is.
