What is SeaPort?
SeaPort is a software package that offers all marinas a comprehensive management interface, whether private or public, regardless of their size. All boats, equipment, and customer files are provided in financial or statistical terms and forecasts.
All boating activities are logged, and their respective schedules can be viewed or edited to facilitate prompt status checks. Users can also plan works and any other interactions with port infrastructures that are related to the use of boats.
SeaPort assigns a personal file for each customer, where everything can be recorded: arrival and departure times, incident reports, invoicing, etc. In addition, the software continuously informs the user about tasks associated with the marina and its customer relationships in real-time.
This tool is available for the Windows platform but can also be used via the cloud through EAS facilities, which are hosted on dedicated servers. Customers can also access SeaPort, enabling them to make online reservations and payments.
Finally, this software can automatically access a financial balance sheet. Users can view the financial statistics for their ports and immediately access anything, from individual customer invoices to the port’s overall turnover.
