The credit card processing company is absolutely terrible, they have been holding over $10,000 for over 3 months now.

Customer support group is excellent. Why the development group can not, or have chosen not to correct the 2 issues that I just addressed, is beyond me.

We've  heard from more than 10 different online users in our group that there was limited and NO access to the software today.

The new system is much more user friendly. Login is simple and they have multiple ways to reach out for support.

Response to tech support requests takes days. We had SA5 a few years ago, then went back to SA4, then came back to SA5 thinking they had the bugs worked out, but sadly, not so.

Don't give real green a look you will be disappointed and spend a lot of money.

Service was great, the product was good, The representatives were knowledgeable, I was very happy with it, but the system was a little pricey.

Once set up, it helps you stay on track of your fertilizer rounds and enables you to grow rapidly if you choose to.

It was difficult at first to understand how the software works.

This system will crush your business and take a lot of profit with out right lies and shear incompetence.

Learning curve is steep and would require some time to learn for new users. There are some sync issues occasionally and customization options are also limited as compared to others.

Almost everyone in our industry uses QuickBooks - and it is the biggest pain in the butt - and I mean HUGE that SA doesn't integrate with QuickBooks.

Overall I'm content with RG but I wish the UI were better and more user friendly.

I do not have anything to compare it to, so I guess maybe I am bias.
