Guests can make vehicle retrieval requests via the links provided in text messages, and make payments using a mobile device. Plus, the solution lets marketers handle advertisements by embedding video links for upcoming events, shopping discounts, or promotions, in order to enhance selling opportunities for brands.
SMS Valet comes with a damage reporting feature, which helps users capture and note pre-existing vehicle damages with time, date stamp, and color indicators on guest tickets. Administrators can use the self service portals to monitor the number of cars checked-in, view customer survey results, and generate employee shift reports. The solution also enables hospitals to collect visitor feedback, evaluate patient satisfaction, and gain insight into facility operations.
