I like the organizing jobs is so much easier it only takes me like maybe 30 minutes to sort through jobs and then text out all my customers for the next week's schedule. And the simple one button routing of jobs is the most best function and easiest.

Cost a little more than other apps but you get what you pay for.

One small thing which really isn't a big issue is the lack of a time slot allocation but there is a work around if this is an issue but honestly once you work with the system a while it's no big deal.

I've saved so much time, money and gotten more jobs because of sortscape.

Some of the integration on a mobile doesn't translate from a larger device, but not a big issue.

I have solved a headache of spreadsheets , this app has truly made my life so easy I can not even explain,I went from a spread sheet with 30 jobs I used to manually change dates every day, to a active customer base now of 3161 jobs I couldn't even imaging using a spread sheet for that many jobs.

feature would be good if you could some how type in the invoice number and it raiser that job up, I personally add a invoice number to every job, some times I need to find that job I know I can search the address but sometimes I have been to this address 50 plus times as well, so If I could search invoice number as well.

Makes my business and job so much easier and so much more organised.

There are way too many features on the app, and personally, I don't see the need for some of them, but then, those features could be handy for other businesses.

The scheduling, invoicing, and estimating tools have been my best friends - I use them a lot.

Being in the cloud means everything is instant which is great and all data is immediately saved.

Seen a couple of users complaining of getting worked up with the interface, but it took me not up to an hour to get acquainted.

It took awhile to change from using another landscaping specific software system.   But since I have used daily for awhile, I love the scheduling system for the jobs and then simply adding it to an invoice easily.  

There are minimal cons such as it doesn't sync to quickbooks 100% of the time and discounts cause problems when merging.

Menu's on the program are to dark with thin fonts and makes it very hard to use it in the field.

The ability to estimate remotely and have a professional estimate to deliver within minutes of an initial conversation is perfect for me as prospects come up to my guys all the time in the field and I might not be there but can land an extra service or client right away.

Lawnpro solves all my CRM needs, scheduling, hour tracking, before and after photos, invoicing, estimates, I use lawnpro daily!

Has a full function mobile app, best I have seen in trying many apps,can be limited by employee job.

Payment feature the way it subtracts the dollar amount is broken down poorly.  

My second favorite aspect is the app being on ios, the integration between using the website on my PC and the app on the go at the job sites, the job timer is amazing for tracking work hours and keeping track of average time on recurring job sites.

Data Entry to put into scheduling is alot for a team without a administrative assistant such as us.

Have found sending messages other than estimates and invoice fairly difficult as the templates are quite poor and don't do a great job of rendering the final message but I know it can be customised just need the time.

I like the ability to email customers from the program, the ease of invoicing, and the ease of inputting and updating client information.

I would recommend Lawn Pro to lawn care companies as it helps keep a record of customers and their properties and does speed up the admin side of the business.

Combine in like some sort of communication ability within the company where you can share pictures and plans to supervisors and others
