The rostering, clunky chat feature, mis-information when switching from the individual team account to a business account, lack of timely customer support (1-5 days later they respond and not with a call but usually with links to their website or a generic answer).

Probably best suited for bigger cities and places with larger leagues, where I am from, the software doesnt seem as relevant with the community, but overall I did like its functionality when helping my team coordinate throughout the seasons

The team jersey color can only be seen once each individual event is clicked on.

I decided to  switch our lacrosse club with multiple teams & clinics from another management software after reading positive reviews of Teamsnap.  

You'll never talk to a live person and they don't care.  

I have  read through FAQ’s, watched training videos and how to’s that don’t address some of my specific questions.  

Prefer other products more as they are easier to use.
