We call BankPoint "the best vendor ever. They are all knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and responsive.
Inability to export historical data for a loan in bulk (i.e. daily balances) is annoying, and something easy that should be in place already.
We also now have sophisticated reports that make communicating with regulators straight forward. The best part about ARCS is it's about as easy to use as possible.
Sometimes the tasks built into the process can be so simple or repetitive that I am concerned that users will just check them off without thinking whether they actually did the task.
It's flexibility in reporting and information "at your fingertips" is outstanding. If your bank operates more than one core system - the integration is seamless.
The URL for a loan detail page uses an internal numbering system, not the loan number itself, which is annoying for creating external links.

The software does what it promises and has been a great asset to our business model.
The most issue of this is that lack of immediate images , so users are unable to generate their own check image to examine.
I love how I can easily integrate my existing affiliate system like LinkTrust or HasOffers and seamlessly sync payments.
Weve been using it for so many years and we have no intention in switching to a different software.
Allows an easy approval of PRs with a friendly and fast UI that provides all the context I need for approval.
The only downside is the reconciliation report can be a bit difficult to work with in terms of bank reconciliations, etc.

Really useful and easy to use, so it is really efficient and a true time saver. I am glad that i have found out about this software.
Additionally, a year after I had cancelled them they charged my credit card again and would not answer the phone when I called them.
The greatest benefit was saving a lot of time, i don't have to draft 20 or 50 checks at month, it was indeed a great add to my company.
If you have slow internet connection or if you get disconnecting, you may have struggles, although it's a connection thing not a software.
I have integrated OCW into my invoicing system with awesome results. I can manage accounts payable and track and manage vendor payments all with ease.
The usual software is very complicated and the instructions are hard to follow especially to those who are not computer savvy.
I want to recommend it to my friends, I find the software. And its content very interesting.
I don't think a 50 cent premium is too bad, but it's something to be aware of.
I enjoyed my ability to get paid quickly and issue legitimate checks to my vendors. I enjoy the fluidity of my businesses billing and expense tracking.
They have a beautiful intuitive interface, I used to recommend it to everyone I knew.

Before we were using 3 different programs to track the orders, to check products availability and manage cases and it was a real disaster.
Clean intuitive interfaces that eliminate a great deal of hassle from end-user education. Robust out of the box solutions for many standard business needs.
We are in process of integration an ERP system with the bpm'online system with help of Partner of bpm'online so that no data was lost or missed out.
If you're looking for an easy-to-use and cost-effective CRM, this is a good one to try. Their process engine is a big advantage as well.
Didn't provide a modular pricing that we can adjust according to what we needs. Design features in marketing is limited.
We liked the easy customization and user-friendly interface. The scalability and security of our data was also important.
The mobile application was only slightly difficult to get used to navigating, but there was a lot of customization on the implementation end.

It's sensitivity to external services. The platform depend has a lot of vulnerability to external services failures.
The support team are fantastic and will help you through coding issues. Feature requests are implemented quickly and overall we have seem an improvement internally with our processes.
Debugging can be sometimes difficult, and inability to automatically convert 2.x processes to 3.x.

I put 3 stars for ease of use as I don't know PHP, JavaScript or MySQL but am learning as I go. Overall compared to other vendors I investigated, for the price point this is a very good tool.
I like that simple processes can be automated and put on workflows to improve efficiency of businesses.
One of the Best and easy to use and develop BPM software.
The layout was familiar from the word go - ProcessMaker utilizes an almost email like generic layout which made it easy for me to understand it, use it and implement it.
Processmaker provided very detail instructions from simple workflow design to advanced topics such as RESTFUL API.
The easy to customize interface and configuration capabilities allowed us to automate old processes in to web based solutions.
Processmaker allows us to automate processes that were previously pdf forms. A big help at a time we could not afford a full featured ECM system.
Overall it is a good system to manager internal process. It is inexpensive and customer support is prompt although the team is no in united states.
Simple configuration , simple coding and easy to develop UIs.

One of its best features is how well it integrates with other systems. It's been an industry standard for years and is a safe bet when your payment processor needs to play nice with other programs.
My clients couldn't even ask for a refund. All they could do was dispute the charges that were on hold and if they did that it would hurt my account and my credit.
Authorize.net is very user friendly and easy to use. The search functionality is superb, and allows use to locate transactions with ease.
And I'm not only referencing the issue I had with the transaction limit (where I was obviously frustrated), I have had several communications and about half were less than friendly/helpful.
It's quick, amazingly reliable, and super easy to use. I appreciate the time value of this software and love how quickly I can collect card information.
I would never use Authorize.net again. Any client that I have that uses Authorize.net, I refuse to work with.

I think it's a good system and I'm grateful for the fact that it's stable and we don't have to constantly call for support. Support is always available.
I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but It happened only twice that a transaction was not recorded. It may be due to the system error during save or a local problem on the computer.
The OFAC and OSFI automatic checks are excellent and can help us with our compliance program. All the things that are automated are helping us.
I cannot think of anything. I'm no pros at computers.
Beginning with the ease of the installation process continuing through a year of ongoing training, it has been a pleasure to work with such as professional organization.
The current version that we have is limited in terms of currencies.
The fact that the system is now faster than previous version is a great plus. I really appreciate that some of our suggestions are implemented in the system.
The software seems to be designed for advanced users because some of my co-workers had a difficult time navigating through the process.
I would recommend the system to other foreign exchanges. It's very reliable and our business is relying on it for our everyday transactions.

It was a nice journey with wooqer, and very friendly access overall.
The application is too much complicated and making our life too hard we are suffering from it from the 2nd week of purchase.
Its a very useful user interface between Organisation and Employees which reduces levels of reaching to the desired function and gets the work done easily.
Few videos ware unable to open , but to pop up for the delay.
Wooqer is really good platform for me for any special check I can make checklist easily and get this published also this is very helpful to store to maintain our SOP and compliance.
Wooqer is not working properly if internet speed it bit low. Even it will not getting started with low speed.

Bugs in new versions are unpredictable and annoying. Small companies generally do not have the resources to do extensive testing.
Affordable, Not inexpensive or cheap. Excellent Consulting services on start up.
It can be difficult at times to identify the origins of problems which makes fixes hard to implement.
I like the control I have in the system. Because of all the options you have with the technology, support has to look at most issues at the micro level which can add time to getting an issue resolved.
It can be hard for a non technical person to use but depends on the individual.
It has overall been a great experience using NLS as a loan servicing system. I have used other systems for financial servicing but this system is the most user friendly one I have ever used.
This is a very good loan servicing software that helps you to keep track of loans in the pipeline, email or text customers with updates or questions, generate documents, etc.
Love the integrated ecosystem NLS has provided to Pay. Keeping our mutual customers within a user-friendly and seamless environment when making a payment is a huge value-add.

When we receive a disbursement error, it’s not easy to read the error it gives you. We spend a lot of time figuring out and pushing buttons trying to figure out what went wrong.
The T24 has an awesome user inter-phase and a lot of features which solve most of our banking needs. It also supports a lot of users, which is another amazing advantage.
T24 does not support offline processing. This is inefficient whenever the bank or branch experiences a network downtime.
The system is easy to use , has great user interface and great functionalities that enable users carry out bank related transaction and processes with much ease.
The current version that we are on does not have offline capability which is inconvenient during network downtime.

Temenos is a robust, decently priced core banking solution. It provides tons of features and allows enterprises to access the user data.
I have use muliple banking software in different banks but i found Temenos T-24 best amongst all of them due to its reliability and control over the transactions.
Integration is also very convenient. We have integrated our system with different ADC channels as well as analytics software systems.

We are managing our finances all with Open money and we are really very impressed with their service. They are always there for any help.
No customer support on weekends. Failed payment reversals take eternity.
Ease of doing and user friendly for the Day to day activities. A complete comprehensive package to all the business transactions at a glance and have dashboard at the month end.
Sometimes some transactions get failed and deducted from open but they are reversed back in 1-3 days.
Open Banking puts all of that in one place and makes the transactions way smoother and more convenient. The UI/UX is great and very appealing.

What I loved about the company is that it has strong culture with great values. The company takes effort to discuss with employees their personal as well professional challenges.
Some frequent errors of the app that difficult the work sometimes.
The software is User Friendly. Easy to join the webinar and Q & A section was great.
Up to now I misted nothing. So I have on negative points.
We have been satisfied with the effectiveness of Alessa for several years.
I missing a manuel in german. Own further development is complex.
Overall it has been a good experience. The support team is great.
Sometimes is moves a bit slow and presents with error messages. I have reported this on many occasions.
My overall experience however has been a positive one as Alessa/Caseware provide excellent customer support.
Alessa is an excellent tool which has made its name in the Financial industry as an all-encompassing Anti-Money Laundering solution.
Great solution for Continuous Control Monitoring.
Anytime we have had an issue with it being down or slow the response has been very quick and the issues are resolved quickly.
Flexibility of workflow configuration, nice intuitive design.

Tracks loan and savings balances. The statements are clear and straight-forward; easy both to generate and to understand.
I like how easy it is to use and how many different types of reports you can run to filter the information that you need.

I never had "formal" training on it when I started and it is very easy to pick up. Plus it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

It takes a lot of work to configure the software to meet your specific needs. Certain areas, due to flexibility, provide a back-door/weakness that can damage current data by mistake.
The support we have received from the entire team has been amazing.
This should be a specific right given to users not automatically given, as a user (especially new ones) may overwrite good data with bad data by mistake.
Overall, my experience is great. It exceeds requirements in many areas and is quite a comprehensive product.
Once you reject a kyc information, the customer would not be able to fill a fresh one, except you delete the rejected one.
The product has a lot of features that are useful for managing a compliance program; inclusive of onboarding. Integration was straight forward.
The biggest drawback for me is that there is no proper manual how to use it available, and when it come to doing some re-setting or new setting it is not very easy to handle.

The only downside was there isn't a plug and play option between our LOS and NXTSoft.
We transferred to a new LOS in 2015, and the transition was seamless with this piece. It's very rare that we encounter issues with it, and their support team are great to work with if we need help.

We were a bit hesitant at first to outsource our business integrations, but we're glad we did because OmniConnect is cost-effective and brings faster ROI than having everything done in-house.

What I like about Instafin is that ease of access is very good and the UI is very user friendly also the customer support is very good very approachable and supportive account manager.
The Software appears to be costly because of the continuous devaluation of the Naira.
My experienced with Oradian is very good. The staff are very nice and they accommodate all our concerns regarding the system.
No API for the Journal Entries Transactions. No bulk transaction for Appy Fee.

It is great software, and the architecture is perfect for the Microfinance sector.
Occasional lack of text / info fields on loan and client pages--which instead can only be accessed through report functionality (eg, reason for write-off).
The software is quite easy to use and the fact that they are constantly improving the product and system is great.
Occasional outdated reporting functionality (eg, xls format, strange cell merging). Limited self-serve loan processing automation (eg, algorithmic loan decisions or recommendations).
Decent dashboards and report functionality. Great and well-maintained integration with mobile money and telecom providers (eg, seamless processing of mobile money transactions, SMS messaging).
I also like the reports being easy to retrieve or schedule for the management team and not forgetting the easy integration of the various system through their open APIs.
The support is quick and efficient. I also love the dash boards because they summarize the information the system.

FPS Gold as a core processor offers a lot of great features, especially compared to legacy processors. The customer support team is very knowledgeable and helpful.
Customized and on the fly reporting can be difficult at times.
I can say I have been with our f/I 21 years and been through a few versions of CIM. CIM GOLD is by far the best version produced.
As the Operations Manager, I use CIM extensively for deposit accounts and information related to our clients. I have very limited knowledge of the loan side.
I feel it is user friendly and you can find information easily and multiple ways. The enhanced interface and tiles are two of my favorite features.
Then we cleaned up the list and narrowed down even further for marketing budget purposes till we felt good about what we had.
It also allows us to target potential clients by having Gold Writer reports created an narrow down a specific target clientele we can target a specific banking product to.
System is easy to navigate but can still use some upgrades in the Platform area.
