Deciding feature is nice and the fact that you can keep your card safe with another ID is nice.
I will use this for tap and pay, and to pay people who do not use venmo or paypal. Other than that, my usage is limited because of how clunky it can be to use.
Customer service is amazing, it took less time to resolve the issue.5. Easy to use for both customer and business individuals.6.
It can be quite confusing and is not intuitive. You need to find your way around the app and so it may be difficult to use for those who arent tech savvy.
Another is the promotional offers and deals that allow you to make or save a few bucks on the side. It's also safe and secure, requiring PIN or other confirmation for payment.

It is free so it is great for the price. Always expect an issue can occur and then when they don't, it makes for an awesome day.
They are lying how can you deposit money but can't withdrawal money. My husband has money come up missing from his account all the time.
What i like most is that my loved ones will get any cash i send them within a matter of minutes. Its fast and easy just a click of a button.
My experience was poor with Cash App due to the hacking and fraud. Customer Service was extremely rude and unhelpful.
Something really fun and unique is that you can order a free Cash App debit card (or a fancier one for a small fee) that you can customize with your signature or any type of doodle or icons you like.
I had problems logging in because my phone number changed.
What I like best about the cash app software is that it is super easy to use.
They never delivered and I had no recourse to go back at them so it was a lesson learned in caution.

I love the cash back option, it's an awesome incentive for just using my regular buisness credit card. It's like getting double rewards.
Pin does not work sometimes. Sometimes paypal on Samsung pay prompts one for a pin.
It is really easy to use and I would definitely recommend it to my colleagues. Compared to other apps, I prefer Samsung Pay because of the ease of use and the amazing customer service.
The reason for me holding out for as long as I did, is that despite being a a user of much of their hardware I refused to buy into what Samsung calls an "account.
Fingerprint identification is also nice. Receipts emailed to you regarding products paid for is a great feature that keeps you in the know for where your money is going through the app.
The only Con that I have found is that Samsug Pay is still not on IOS and Desktop.
I look forward to when Samsung pay is as common and easy as credit card swiping was. The financial incentives are great too - who doesn't love a little bonus for something easy.

This Bank is amazing and very easy to use it doesn't cost very much to put money on the card at a store like Dollar tree it only cost a dollar per 50 that you put on.

It's pretty easy to use & everyone is approved for an account (within the accepted age range). It's credit builder is free & simplistic as are all it's features.
No actual physical locations to use. Everything has to be online.
I like the authentication of the app I can easily use my fingerprint to login instead of the password. Overall I love how it lets me know through notifications that my money is on the way.
Really no one to call for minor issues. It’s all done through chat.
You can get paid up to 2 days early with chime and they have cool bonuses if you get a friend to sign up. Chime support is also very good and understanding when you go to them if you have any issues.
I like the least about chime, that no matter what i did or how long i kept the account i lost money but nobody could tell me where it was going.

I like that I could still have a checking and savings account with Chime. It was just like a regular bank account, but online.

Need to capture more information from merchants where cards are used. Fraudulent transactions are hard to chase down due to the limited information provided by the merchants.

We found this out when a transaction declined and then we were unable to log in, and reached out to a rep. No communication, even an automated email, informed us.
Reporting capabilities were great. Speed of deployment was quick and customer service repose time was also very good.
I gave sensitive documents to this company, and the way that this happened makes me feel that this may be a scam.
The pricing model and ease of use drew us to Emburse. I had a friendly rep who did the demo and gave me a sign up link, and the interface looked good and intuitive.

I have found Plaid to be an outstanding platform overall, and it has considerably improved my ability to manage my finances.
WaveApps.com reliance on Plaid a horrible decision.
I have been amazed by Plaid's powerful and dependable financial data connection capabilities.
It can have some issues authenticating banks with two-factor authentication enabled. Canadian integration is lagging behind the American one.
I love how robust their integrations are across many different payment/banking platforms.
No app for the software there’s also no way to remember or connect accounts to a profile.
More recently I had a chance to integrate a large-scale software with Plaid for fraud detection and onboarding, and it was a very pleasant experience, with modern APIs and good support.
More options/places are added constantly so its hard to complain about an app that is constantly trying to improve.
I so love the Plaid software it makes it so easy to login directly to your online banking account.
I love the interface of a pop-up window that allows the user to log in to their online banking, select the account, and use that to complete an online payment.
I like that you can connect your PayPal account ti have a more secure way to pay for things over the internet. You can also connect your bank account ir other credit cards.
The ease of use and mobile app which allows direct financial options from employer to employees and clients.
I like how it recognizes the different needs & requirements each individual financial group/bank expects. Some simply need login information while others demand more details.
Plaid is easy to use and doesn't have many steps you have to go through to get the information added.
Overall, I have had an excellent experience with Plaid. I had to contact customer service just 1x and I was able to get a human quickly.

I really like this software, it was very useful, the services are fast and amazin, the design of the site is very nice, really great company, thanks.
Software gets stuck at some point which took more time to reset and felt as time consuming.
