Out of the box performance is superb, provided you meet recommended hardware and software requirements.
When we receive a disbursement error, it’s not easy to read the error it gives you. We spend a lot of time figuring out and pushing buttons trying to figure out what went wrong.
The T24 has an awesome user inter-phase and a lot of features which solve most of our banking needs. It also supports a lot of users, which is another amazing advantage.
T24 does not support offline processing. This is inefficient whenever the bank or branch experiences a network downtime.
The system is easy to use , has great user interface and great functionalities that enable users carry out bank related transaction and processes with much ease.
The current version that we are on does not have offline capability which is inconvenient during network downtime.

Deployment is bit difficult with old banking systems.
Financial Institutions can stores customer information in a very secure way and quickly access it whenever requires. The cloud acceptibility is also the one of the top features.

Tech support is knowledgeable and very responsive. They are cheerful and helpful.
There are no additional features that we are looking for that DLS doesn't offer.
The software is intuitive and easy to use. There are so many features available that it fulfills our organization's needs perfectly.
The software serves our needs and nothing in particular that doesn't work well for us.
Support is very responsive and rarely needed. I especially like that it is so easy to learn and use.
We use DLS for our Diocesan Savings and Loan Fund and have been very pleased with the use of the software and the customer support that we have received from The Computer Department.
The software is easy to use and many of the functions are very intuitive. Customer service is excellent.
Tracks loan and savings balances. The statements are clear and straight-forward; easy both to generate and to understand.
I like how easy it is to use and how many different types of reports you can run to filter the information that you need.
Solid software that serves our archdiocese very well.
It is easy to learn and entries are quick. It also fully integrates with our accounting system.
I never had "formal" training on it when I started and it is very easy to pick up. Plus it doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
Easy to use and the reporting works very well, at a reasonable price.
It tracks hundreds of savings deposit accounts and loans and does it well. It does not try to be an "everything" product.

Good software with extensive options and frequent updates that makes life of AML department easier. It is sufficiently user friendly, and one does not to be an IT specialist to use it.
It takes a lot of work to configure the software to meet your specific needs. Certain areas, due to flexibility, provide a back-door/weakness that can damage current data by mistake.
The support we have received from the entire team has been amazing.
This should be a specific right given to users not automatically given, as a user (especially new ones) may overwrite good data with bad data by mistake.
Overall, my experience is great. It exceeds requirements in many areas and is quite a comprehensive product.
Once you reject a kyc information, the customer would not be able to fill a fresh one, except you delete the rejected one.
The product has a lot of features that are useful for managing a compliance program; inclusive of onboarding. Integration was straight forward.
The biggest drawback for me is that there is no proper manual how to use it available, and when it come to doing some re-setting or new setting it is not very easy to handle.
This platform can be do the due diligence as well as AML by very easily , it has easy manage programmed portal which is very user friendly.
Very good after sale support from the team is provided.
Automated Workflow engine , this the greatest function i have ever seen.
Ever best due diligence& KYC portal I have every seen so far.
From consult to configuration to implementation, all KYCP team members have acted as partners and have been genuinely interested in helping us achieve our business and technology goals.
Flexibility to customize programmes to support different jurisdictional requirements. Ability to integrate with 3rd party software, and ability to customize risk ratings.
