AIMS provides an integrated suite of logistics software for couriers, with AIMS Express the cornerstone of its scalable product line. Branded as a "complete system" for courier companies, AIMS Express employs a tailored, configurable Windows-based application interface with cloud-based database connectivity for consignment management online. This allows dispatchers and logistics managers to not only create consignments, but features a "consolidated" view that simplifies the allocation of booked consignments to drivers for collection. On arrival to depot these can then be auto-routed and added to driver manifests, while the system offers a collection of functions for setting potentially complex tariff structures. AIMS Express goes on to include options for printing branded shipping documents with barcodes for proof of delivery (POD) and process tracking purposes, issuing automated emails based on ad-hoc tracking events. Create invoices from templates, provide customers with a choice of booking website formats and use the bundled "pick + pack" module for following product movement with full warehouse management.

Beyond additional modules for order fulfillment (AIMS Fulfilment), users also have access to mobile app support. The AIMS Driver app for iOS and Android devices connects to AIMS Express to pass booked consignment collections to drivers for acceptance, syncing confirmation to the main system jobs board. The app then receives delivery addresses from a driver’s manifest while tracking driver locations and also capturing proof of delivery (POD) and electronic signatures for transference back to the server whenever web connection is established.
