It's really bad faith towards its customers and a way of taking money from them without offering any service, without any benevolence. When customer service is like this, it says a lot about the overall quality of a company, and I think it's better to work with more ethical people.

They don't return emails or respond to questions. If you're dissatisfied with the experience and email them to ask for a refund, they'll also ignore your email.

They seem to lack a dedicated support team as well, as whenever I did get any kind of response, it was always from Duda and it's always with an aloof or begrudging attitude.

What's not normal that I need to fill out a GOOGLE FORM to cancel the account.

The Drag team usually anticipates these rollouts and there is no issue, but twice in the past year or so we've encountered an issue.

Annoyingly if you archive an email it disappears from the Kanban if you haven't asked support to switch this feature off.

It allows me to follow up with people automatically and I can use my time very efficiently.

Obviously I did not want this to happen, and what with watching my events business go up in flames thanks to Covid and all the implications that brings, the renewal date had sailed passed me.

I like the email templates and email sequencing.

The support team was actually quite slow to respond and I'd already removed the extension and gone with something else before they came back to me.

My initial purchase was for a year upfront.

The app maybe good but their business ethics are shameful.

Kiwi allows you to be signed into multiple email accounts at once and effortlessly change inboxes with a click of a button.

I have a paid subscription to Kiwi for Gmail that cost about $60/year and is only a month or two old. And while that's not inexpensive, it seems worth it to me for the features and benefits Kiwi provides. But that said, an app is only as good as its support, and when I recently encountered a bug in Kiwi, I reached out to their support team and got no response.

Having multiple Gmail accounts in one Windows-based application is productive.

It's made me more productive when working across multiple emails and saves me time.

Although Kiwi is filled with useable features, the lack of plugins / extensions is what I like least.

I tried multiple times to contact them with a question, both through email and their ZenDesk support system.

The notifications icon for the different inboxes does not stay up to date so I have to click into individual accounts to check for new mail.

I like how it recollects all emails in one single app and how rather than mixing everything it easily still keeps it separate based on the address the messages go to.

It's a great way to access the standard web interface of Gmail.

No way to search on all mailboxes at once, it makes it cumbersome to find an email when you are not sure which address it was sent to.

I purchased Kiwi to be able to manage multiple inboxes across work and personal accounts.

The only thing I dislike about the software is the embossed/indented text showing the account name at the top of the app.

Moreover, when contacted about this, customer service agents are condescending and rude.

I have a work and personal email, which could be open in different "tabs" within the same window.

It does make computers significantly slower and there is not much support or information on how to improve it's functionality online.

It's no longer necessary to change chrome or browser profiles in order to work with multiple accounts.
